I went to the Getty Museum today with my best friend Daniela. Traffic on the 405 North wasn't busy surprisingly. What took us forever was trying to find the entrance, whoch I forgot where it was. Anyways, ANYONE going ot the Getty when you eixt out TURN LEFT and NOT RIGHT. I believe the other entrance is under construction, not sure. Back to trip, I saw amazingly breathtaking paintings, photography, sculptures and sceneries. If you are around LA or the general area, I suggest you visit, admission is free all you have to pay is parking which is $15 exact. This is great experience to have it will have you begging to come again and again. Having lunch here can be pricey but worth it, go to the Cafe or Restaurant if you want great food. I had lunch at the Cafe of the Getty. I had a Beef Hotdog, Fries and to wash it down a can of Coca-Cola.I have to mention that made my experience even more enjoyable, is one of the guards in the Upper Level was polite and kind to us. He greeted us as soon as we enter his section with a big, "Hello!" and a wide smile that made us smile. He answers our questions delightfully and he was very approachable. The only disappointing about this I forgot to get his name. Overall, visiting the Getty Museum is highlight of the month and year.
What to bring to The Getty Museum:
1. Money + Phone (It's a must)
2. Camera (You need to capture the moments and ART)
